Baggage fees shown below   apply to Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin customers traveling domestically within the U.S. without the Delta SkyMiles American Express Card, Medallion Status or active military exception.

 

• USD 30
  - for the first standard checked bag weighing less than 50 pounds (23 kg) (one way)
  - One carry-on bag and one personal item free
• USD 40
  - For a second standard checked bag weighing less than 50 pounds (23 kg) (one way)
• Luggage size must be less than 62 inches (158 cm) in total width + length + height.

• After checking in and selecting the amount of baggage to check, customers can pay or redeem Miles (domestic, most airports) for their bags during the 24-hour check-in window at delta.com, the Fly Delta app, or at a self-service check-in machine upon arrival at the airport.
• Delta SkyMiles Medallion members and select  Delta SkyMiles American Express Card members can check their first standard bag free.
• Prices for one-way checked baggage allowance vary depending on route and fare class.
